Family Reunion Planning

1. How will we know which family members have paid for their event package?

The family organizer will be sent a copy of all paid attendees.  Additionally, guests will be given wrist bands to identify them.

2. Can I choose my own caterer?

No. We have a list of preferred caterers that we work closely with to ensure the quality that you deserve.  Aditionally, many of the banquet facilities will not allow outside caterers.  In many cases we can provide tastings so you can be sure that you and your family will be pleased with the menu.

3. Will you provide transportation to our families church on Sunday morning?

Many local churches will assist visitors with transportation.

4. What if our family doesn't have a local church but we would like to attend one?

We can suggest a local church where you and your family can fellowship.

5.  Can I pay in cash on the day of the event?

Yes, however there is a $10.00 surcharge for paying the day of the event.

6. Do I need a credit card to reserve my room?

Yes.  You can visit www.greendotonline.com to get a prepaid Visa card.  Use the Store Locator to find a location near you.

7.  Do I need a credit card to pay for my reunion event package online?
